  1. I tried this diet. But i did it for a whole week. I am okay because i balanced my meals. had 2 oranges for breakfast, yoghurt & 2 pieces of toast wt jam or tuna for lunch & 2 oranges again for dinner. i drank my milk too so that i balance everything my body needs or else id get sick. I’ve lost 3 kgs in a week

  2. i have tried this before it really works .u hve to take the food along with that hve as muchas oranges, i mean fresh oranges u can , my weight became 65 to 61 in 2weeks, at that time i didnt knw that it will reduce weight , bt have it , changes will hapen n am gona try it once again.will see wat happens 🙂

  3. Oranges are healthy, but a diet like this does have to little calories to be able to sustain you. It is possible to do a fast but always ask the doctor first if your health and lifestyle permits.

    If you want to loose weight and keep it up you may check out the Mcdougall diet that allows you to eat as much as you want of starchy foods and still loose weight. I will now do a 3 day orange fast, eating only but oranges.. I wont do much labor and will only rest.. and drink plenty of water. =) Have a good one! 😀

  4. Girls…please be really careful with this diet! As it is written, you should only follow it for 2 days!! Not more! It can harm your metabolism, not to mention your entire organism, because it is not receiving enough vitamins, proteins, carbs and so on!
    So, just for a short period of time, in this way you avoid gaining fast the kilos you strived to lose.

  5. i felt this diet really helped me i also added lemon juice with the orange and did it for 4 weeks and i lost 1 stone.
