  • Lunch: vegetable soup, vegetable salad, chicken breast 100 g, 300 g of raspberries
  • Snack: 300 g blueberries / blackberries
  • Dinner: 500 grams of mulberry
  • Before bed: one low fat yogurt or a cup of low fat milk.

Saturday

  • Breakfast: 300 g of raspberries, mixed with a large yogurt, tea or coffee
  • Snack: a sandwich with butter, a little slice of cheese, a slice of turkey breast
  • Lunch: vegetable soup,vegetables salad , 100 g fish, 300 g of blueberries
  • Snack: 300 g blueberries / blackberries
  • Dinner: 500 g of raspberries
  • Before bed: Low fat yogurt with 100 grams of currants.

  • 100 g of strawberries contain: 35 calories
  • 100 g of blackberries contain: 25 calories
  • 100 g of blueberries contain: 30 calories
  • 100 g of currants contain: 28 calories
  • 100 g of raspberries contain: 25 calories
