Even if they are not overweight. Excess fat increases the risk of heart disease, but a few simple measures can “wash it” away. Here’s what to do to get away from danger! Cooking at home!

Walk around with confidence from catering menus that have oil, plenty of sour cream and mayonnaise. Opt for combination of vegetables and grilled meat that you can prepare very simple in our own kitchen.

Watch less TV!

Try to spend less than 5 hours per week in the chair, with your favorite shows on TV. Set up your DVD to you to record so you can skip long advertising breaks.[singlepic id=1197 w=320 h=240 float=right]

Eat a salad every day!

Vegetables contain fibers that absorb fat. The combined green peanuts, walnuts and goat cheese provide the entire range of protein, healthy fats and fiber you need.

Eat foods rich in Omega 3!

These fatty acids are known for their ability to reduce cholesterol in the body. So you can choose to eat at least three times a week salmon, tuna, mackerel and nuts, nuts and flax seeds, foods high in omega 3 and 6.

Relax!

Stress leads to accumulation of fat in the organism. So, try to take a break from your stressful everyday activities and relax for 15 minutes per day. A long walk or even a thorough cleaning can do wonders for the brain and body.
