1. Hydrotherapy

Water is the safest and cheapest option for a beautiful skin. A hot shower in the morning, followed by two-minute “alternations” of hot-cold water, of 15 seconds each, can do wonders for your skin. This technique revitalizes the skin and gives you a healthy glow by stimulating blood flow.

2. Honey

a. Conditioner: Mix one tablespoon of honey with some water and then spread the liquid obtained on wet hair after you shampoo it. Rinse well with warm water. Honey is a natural wetted, which means it attracts and maintains moisture in hair.

b. Bath foam: Mix 1 cup water with ½ cup of honey and ½ cup liquid soap, put it in hot water when you turn on the water in the tub and here you go! The perfect replacement for bubble bath foam.

3. Masks for Dry Skin

Dry skin is generally the skin with most problems, because it  is very sensitive. For treatment there are a lot of solutions, serums and creams but they are very expensive. In times of crisis follow our advice: use bananas. Crush half a banana until it is mashed and apply it on clean skin. 4. Coffee Filters Versatility
