These Are the Basic Steps to Follow in a Negative-Calories Diet:
3 meals per day required. Snacks are not mandatory but may be taken, preferably from the list of negative calorie foods. Because at the beginning you will feel hunger, it is advisable to drink a non-sweetened tea or plain water30 minutes before each meal.
Also, for the same early period, before each meal, with a quarter of an hour before, take a small, anti-hunger ” snack, which can be:
Two small pieces of low-fat meat, preferably fish
3-4 sliced of carrots
2-3 tablespoons of low-fat yogurt
2-3 pieces of cheese
Do not drink water during (or immediately after) dinner and lunch
After each meal, drink a hot tea with lemon
At 17:00-18:00, drink a hot, non-sugar tea, it improves your digestion
Coffee is allowed, if possible with no added sugar or milk
Fruits have to be consumed alone, and the key thing is that you are allowed to eat the same fruit all day long, no other fruit. Every night, at 22:00 you have to eat a fruit.
You Can Only Combine Fruits if Absolutely Necessary, but Only From the Same Category:
Apples and pears
Grapefruit, orange, tangerine, pomelo
Strawberry with raspberry
Peaches and apricots
Exceptions are fruits that help digest proteins, and these can be added in salads: pineapple, strawberry, grapefruit, tangerines, papaya, blueberries.
What about meat? You can eat any kind of meat, even pork, as long as there is nothing else added to it and it is boiled, oven baked, stewed or grilled.
Potatoes will not be combined with meat, fish, white beans, peas, lentils. Consume them only boiled or baked with toppings and salads.
Dairy is not indicated as a complete meal, but only as supplements to the main courses. Cheese, cheese added to salads, yogurt eaten in the morning. You can use a tablespoon of sour cream over low boiled vegetables, mixed with parsley and garlic.
