Are you single? Are you committed? Doesn’t really matter. You have to look great on Valentines Day no matter what. I selected some of the greatest makeup tips, that are proper for a special “lovers” day, and I want to share them with you, so you can look and feel great on this lovely day :).
Valentine’s Day isn’t only about romance; it can be fun and flirty as well! With a bit of sass and attitude, you can have boys falling after your footsteps… of course if there is no one there to wait for you late at night at home… Anyway, you have to have an impeccable makeup so, follow my beauty tips, and you won’t regret it!
Step 1: Start with a light serum that smooths the skin and sinks in immediately without leaving an oily residue.
Step 2: Revlon PhotoReady Foundation you find it on Amazon.com for 12$ It’s perfect for a romantic date because it contains miniscule specks of shimmer, which will help you achieve that glow look. Then, dust a powder foundation all over, being careful to blend well.
Well, after this you can use a soft-pink blush, but now it depends also on what color of lipstick you will choose.
Step 3: The eye makeup! Don’t go too heavy on the eye makeup during the day. At night, going a bit heavier may be okay. However, it is a good idea for you to wear natural shades that complement your eye color. Consider shades of beige, brown, gray and purple. For eyeliner, be sure to consider shades of brown or gray, rather than black for the most natural appearance.
Or, if you don’t have much time, use one shade of eyeshadow all over the lid and into the crease; think soft sheen, muted shades like taupe, heather and moss, and take it under the lower lash line too. Line the top lashes with a soft matte pencil and soften the edges with a cotton bud. A few coats of thickening mascara.

Step 4: Lipstick or lip gloss? Valentine’s Day is all about kissing the one you love. Be sure to keep your lips hydrated with Shea butter.
Be sure to opt for natural shades of lipstick or lipgloss. Although red can be very impressive, it is often a little bit too bold. Use your lip liner on top of lipstick. This helps to avoid the oblivious line around the lips when your gloss comes off. Lining after your lip color also allows for easier application and blend ability.
