We find large amounts of vitamin C in: kiwi, oranges, lemons, strawberries, grapefruit, cabbage, peas and apples. Another way to eat a sufficient amount of vitamin C daily is by adding the juice from a squeezed lemon in your water. It would be great if you could also add the pulp. Another way you can get the DRD of Vitamin C would be medications, candies, and any other juices with added Vit. C.
