3 Natural Face Masks Based on Yogurt

Facial Care With Yogurt Based Facial Masks

Yogurt can be used successfully in skin care and skin nourishing well known for its capabilities to “feed” profound structures and also having a powerful moisturizing, rejuvenation and regeneration effect. Light yogurt (no fat) is used for skin wounds, such as in the case of sunburn, and if combined with other “star” ingredients in beauty treatments you can get the most successful recipes for body care. Yogurt treatments can be used both for facial skin and for whole body.

Yogurt Basis for Cleaning Treatment

Use a small crushed cucumber and half a cup of yogurt, a spread green tea bag and 2 tablespoons of green tea infusion. Then break a green tea bag and simply put dried and shredded leaves in the cup with yogurt. All this mixture is applied on the skin and massage vigorously for 5 minutes all skin surfaces. Allows a deep pore cleaning and if you regularly use the mask it can eliminate enlarged pores, blackheads, dry skin and facial pigmentation spots.

Mask With Yogurt and Citrus

You need half a cup of yogurt, in which you add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of orange juice and a crushed slice of kiwi fruit. Mix well to obtain a lotion applicable on the facial skin. If you want a body lotion, increase the quantities of ingredients, but keep their “relationship”. Leave the mask to cover your skin about half an hour, then rinse with warm water only. The effects are powerful: regenerating, skin toning, cleaning, and reducing the brown spots that can occur in summer.

Regenerating Mask With Yogurt and Yeast

Mix a cup of yogurt with a tablespoon of yeast and then apply the lotion on your face, massaging easy. Let it act for 30 minutes, then rinse skin thoroughly with water. The mask is highly nutritious and has regenerating effect, so it is indicated both for mature skin, and the dry skin, with wrinkles, the mask can be used also in preventing the occurrence of such troubles.
