5 reasons for eating carrots

We are not bunny rabbits, but we envy their eyes. Did you ever thought that this common vegetable, the carrots, can be useful in so many ways?! We found out six of its benefits, but we ensure you that there are many more!

1.     Anti wrinkles effects – Mix carrot juice, one honey spoon, one spoon of cornered wheat oil. Apply on face and leave it for 15 minutes, after that wash it away with warm water. Try Yes to Carrots Product line!

[singlepic id=588 h=180 float=left]2.     For softening and refreshing any type of skin – Prepare yourself a mask with one egg yolk, carrot juice or cut it on the grate and some potato starch. Mix everything well and apply it in a uniform layer on your face for 15-20 minutes.

3.     Treatment of acne and pimples – Can be applied fresh directly on the skin (cleaned in advance with the lemon juice – if the skin is oily) or you can make a mask of boiled and pressed carrots and add a few spoons of honey or yogurt. The mask is cleared away after 15-20 minutes with warm water.

4.     For renewing the skin, revitalizing and refreshing – Cut the carrot into very small pieces, preferably with the grate and add cream milk, cream or yeast (especially for sensitive and dry face skin).

5.     For smokers dehydrated skin – 2 spoons of yeast powder, 1 spoon olive oil, 1 small spoon grated carrot, 2 tablespoons of liquid cream (fresh cream), 2  parsley wires – very small minced. Apply and leave it for 15 minutes and we recommend to lie on the bed and stay relaxed. Afterwards wash it with fresh warm water. And this is a product that we recommend.
