The mask is applied in the evening, after you careful removed any marks of make-up, and you will wash it away with warm water. You can invigorate your skin afterwords with an ice cube. We recommended that you make yourself some cornflower tea and leave it in the fridge.
When your skin reaches to room temperature, apply the night cream that has an essential role in maintaining the high level of relaxation, hydration, and skin youth.
In the next morning, clean your skin with make-up remover, invigorate it a lotion and use your daily hydratation cream. And because the temperatures are not normal and thermometers will show over 45 degrees over the day, apply a SPF cream that will protect you against the UV rays. The filter must be with an index above 20 SPF and specifically designed for face. After you apply this filter you can start your make-up but do not forget to apply a SPF foundation too.
Also, if other areas are exposed to sun (hands, legs, and cleavage) you will use a solar filter for the body. In this way you will prevent your body from having an old look, and it will be as fresh as your face!
