1.    Shopping

You have a supermarket near you? Forget about its existence and go to the next one. By foot (see the benefits in our article about walking)! To take effect, it would be ideal to do this at least 2 times per week, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes, and alternating the walking style, to work better more muscles groups. Ten minutes walk rapidly, and then 10 more in a slower pace, and last 10 again rapidly. Thus, you get rid of 300 calories in an hour.

Use the stairs that the block offers you, as training “equipment”. If you have a block of flats with 4 floors, climb and descend twice daily all the stairs, and if it’s one of ten floors, climb and descend them once, and make sure that you lose 600 calories per hour.
