Get Inspired by Rihanna’s Hairstyles!

We all like Rihanna and we love that anytime she “messes” with her hair, she only looks better. How can she do it?! Take a peek at this article and follow our advice, then choose a hairstyle that you like best and go straight to your hairdresser to “make it possible for you!”.

Robyn Fenty was born on 20th of February 1988 in Barbados. Se moved in the USA at the age of sixteen and she began her career under the guidance of Evan Rogers.

Until now she released 3 albums, and we can all remember the first hit: “Pon the replay”. And now we can enjoy her latest album: “Good girl gone bad” that was nominated for nine Grammy Awards.

Unfortunately, in 2009, she canceled her performance at 2009 Grammy Awards because of an altercation with her boyfriend, Chris Brown.

Oh, but enough with this last sad story, let’s see a little of Rihanna’s public image.

In recent months, Rihanna has set herself apart from other R&B starlets, opting for designer couture over belly-baring crop tops. Rihanna’s fashion and style also landed her on the list of People’s 10 Best Dressed Stars of 2008. Also in 2009, Glamour Magazine awarded Rihanna with the seventeenth most glamorous woman of 2009 out of fifty.

Rihanna’s image has also been identified as a sex symbol. In 2007, she ranked no.8 in Maxim‘s 2007 Hot 100 list.

This, regarding her looks, but what about her trendy hairdo’s?!?

After all this is what is all about here, right?!

Rihanna proves that she’s one hip chick with this simple style. She stunned onlookers with her new hairstyle all the time. Now, her trademark is the short hair, with textured crop. If you’ve noticed, all of her hairstyles are based on the same face shape, and this is because she is one smart girl! Oval face, round face, or diamond shape face, and the hair density is medium to dense, almost all the time, even when it’s cut short!

Tips for Getting “Rihannas’ Hairstyle”:

This is what you should take into consideration if you want to follow her hairstyle example!

Rihanna already has a face shape that allows her to use almost any kind of haircut she wants, but you need to remember that you need a haircut that can bring your features closer to the oval face shape.

Try to “make abuse” of side-swept bangs if you have a narrow forehead, and use a color that lightens your features. Not necessary black, like she does. She just looks great wearing black hair! You may try any other color!

If you have delicate chin you may follow her example having straight hair, highlighted by layers.

i prefer rihanna’s hair short, it shows off her face, and it makes her look more womanly. i like all the different things she does with her hair, such as draping her fringe over her face, and shaving the sides and curling the top. i especially love rihanna’s courageous hair styles, because i am a trainee hair dresser, and she inspires me to do all these different hair styles on more courageous daring women. i am 16 and i love rihanna!! x
