  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Trust me, it’s delicious! If you like it sweeter, add honey – not sugar. Honey contains antioxidants, which only bring you some more benefits.

Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie

We all know carrots are excellent for eyes, due to the amounts of beta-carotene, which is converted in Vitamin A in the liver. As well as Vitamin A protects against skin problems and maintains skin health. Carrots help the collagen production in the body, and this means higher elasticity, avoiding stretch marks and prevention of wrinkles.

  • 3 slices of pineapple
