I read an article a couple of days ago that it’s not really the heels that are bad for you if you know how to walk in them…its just all about balance! It’s a good idea to try Alexander lessons or wearing shoes which force your posture to improve (when you’re not in your heels) so you kind of have that mentality and perfect posture built in!
