Diet Knocks-Out Cellulite!
If you want to look good on the beach this summer, it’s not too late to start the war on cellulite. Besides the latest treatments and physical exercise, diet plays an important role in removing fat deposits.
Cellulite is actually fat. The fatter you are, the more generous the cellulite deposits. It’s true and known that many slim women have cellulite, but for them, there is a chance that cellulite is located in areas of the body where the muscles are not “worked out.”
Once we get slim, we can get rid of cellulite. Foods rich in fat—such as cheese, butter, cream, and fat meat—will increase cellulite deposits, and food rich in calories will tear up your thighs.
Try to take your daily sweets portion without fats. Healthier than chocolate: fruits and yogurts sweetened with a spoon of honey—which has a very good taste. A slice of melon is even better than a few pieces of chocolate. And even if you need “just a little bit” of chocolate, replace truffles in the afternoon with a cup of hot cocoa.
Limit the consumption of fat and protein and choose healthy alternatives, such as fish, lean meat of poultry (chicken breast) and eggs. Cheese – soy preparation – is an excellent source of protein without fat; they are correctly processed because they have no animal fats. Grain legumes (beans, lentils, peas, etc.) and full pasta or rice fit great with sauces based on tomatoes instead of butter or sour cream.
Reliable Aid
Chilly powder (or red peppers) can accelerate your metabolism for one to three hours after you eat.
Green tea contains antioxidants (phenols) and caffeine, and it’s the first choice to burn body fat.
It is believed that CLA supplements (conjugated linoleic acid) can increase muscle mass by burning calories and fat.
