Top 6 Essential Oils for Daily Use

Essential oils have a range of health benefits that you can use to make your body as healthy as possible.  Anyone who would like to change their life and get healthier needs to see what these oils could do for them.  These oils are amazing because they have lovely smells, they are very easy to use, and they make you feel so much better when you have had them in a number of different forms.  Anyone who would like to invest in the essential oils that they need should look over each of the 6 items listed below.

1.  Lemon

Lemon oil is a very good thing to use when you are trying to give yourself something like a cleanse.  It is true that a lot of people who would like to cleanse will start with a simple lemon tea.  Plus, you might want to use the lemon oil in your baking or in a smoothie.  This is a good thing to start with when you want to prevent any sickness that also includes any post nasal drip or allergies. Lemon oil could protect you in much the same way that honey would.

2.  Peppermint

Peppermint oil is the perfect thing to use to clear your sinuses.  At least half the year is a time when you will have allergy problems.  Because of this, you need to be sure that you have had a look at what your options are when you are trying to learn about the oils that you will use every day.  If you start using peppermint, you could actually add it to lemon to make a tea that is going to clear you out in the morning or evening.  This is also the best thing that you can do when you are trying to prevent any illness.

3.  Lavender

Lavender is a very good thing to diffuse in the house when you are ready for bed. This is a lovely smell, and it is going to help you relax because it could actually be mixed with things like a chamomile tea that you would like to take before you go to bed.  You also need to be sure that you have added this to any tea that you will use to manage your anxiety.  This same could be true if you are trying to get through a bout of depression.

4.&5.  Oregano/Sage

Oregano oil is a fantastic thing that you can use every day as part of your cooking along with your smoothies and shakes.  The smell is very strong, but it also has medicinal properties that are going to help you raise your metabolism.  Sage oil does the same things, but you might like that fragrance a bit more.

6.  Tea Tree

Tea tree oil is the best thing to use when you want to balance your pH while also trying to handle perspiration by rubbing it on your skin.  You need to make sure that you have taken a look at what your options are because you can add tea tree oil to a full regimen like what you are looking at above.  All these things make you much healthier and give you energy.
