What Makeup to Wear to Match Your Haircolor
For a really stunning makeup it is not enough to follow the color trends, your eye color or clothing. I will teach you something new now… how to wear your makeup, so it can be in perfect harmony with your hair color.
For Brunettes
If you are brunette, your skin can look too pale if you do not use the proper eye shadow colors, you must use colors to counteract this effect.
For eyes, use shades of brown, ivory, charcoal gray. For lips use brown or purple lipsticks and for cheekbones, use darker shades of blush.
Blondes
In this case, soft tones and pastel shades best suite your hair color. Dark tones create a scary contrast and give you a too severe air.
So, opt for an ivory-colored eye shadow or pink, and uses brown, blue or gray eye-liner. For cheekbones, choose a pale pink blush, and for the lips, a red lipstick, Marilyn Monroe style.
For All Shades of Brown Hair
This shades of hair tend to give a dull appearance to the skin, so the makeup has to enlighten your face. Use neutral colors with satin texture.
For eyes, you can choose between an ivory-colored shadow, gray or mahogany (brown to red), for the cheekbones use a pale pink blush, fuchsia or bronze hue, and for the lips, you can try shades of brown or red satin.
If You Are a Redhead
For a perfect harmony between hair color and makeup, you need to play with complementary colors. In case of eye makeup, opt for shades of gray, green or brown. For blush, choose shades of brown and peach. And for the lips, use a rough brown or red coral.
