Recommendations:

* Any addition of food outside the one allowed by the cure (a candy, a chewing gum, a biscuit, a glass of beer or wine) should stop immediately the diet

* If you do not resist to keep the diet for more than 6 days (using the correct power requirements), stop and resume the diet after 3 months.
* To struggle hunger, drink water, at least 2 l / day.
* Green salad mentioned in the diet should be fresh.
* Coffee may be replaced with tea or vice versa.
* Natural yogurt is pasteurized, not containing added sugar or fruits.

Day 1

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 400 g spinach + 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 200g beef steak + 1 fresh green salad with oil and lemon juice

Day 2

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube
  • Lunch: 250 g ham + 1 natural yogurt
  • Dinner: 200g beef steak + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube  + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + 1 fresh salad with lemon juice
  • dinner: boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange)

Day 4

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube  + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 natural yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 boiled egg + 1 carrot + 250 g cheese

Day 5

  • Breakfast: 1 large carrot
  • Lunch: 200 g boiled cod with lemon juice + 1 butter teaspoon
  • Dinner: 200g beef steak + 1 sliced celery

Day 6

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube sugar + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 1 large carrot
  • Dinner: 1 / 2 oven baked chicken + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice

Day 7

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of tea without sugar
  • Lunch: nothing (drink lots of water, it will help!)
  • Dinner: 200 g lamb chops + 1 apple

Day 8

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 400 g spinach + 1 tomato
  • Dinner: 200g beef  steak + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice

Day 9

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube
  • Lunch: 250 g ham + 1 natural yogurt
  • Dinner: 250 g roasted beef + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice

Day 10

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 1 slice of ham + 1 salad
  • Dinner: 1 boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange)

Day 11

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 natural yogurt
  • Dinner: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 carrot + 250 g cheese

Day 12

  • Breakfast: 1 large sliced carrot
  • Lunch: 200 g boiled cod with lemon juice + 1 butter teaspoon
  • Dinner: 250 g roasted beef + 1 sliced celery

Day 13

  • Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 sugar cube + 1 toast slice
  • Lunch: 2 boiled eggs + 1 large carrot
  • Dinner: 250 g chicken + salad with oil and juice of 1 lemon

    Hi All, I am at the beginning of day 8 and so far I have lost 4kg. Day 7 is the hardest as it really tests your will power. Once you are over that day it should be fine; day 7 made me think that you only want to start this diet on a Sunday or Monday so that you can sleep during the day on day 7.. it makes it much easier if you are sleeping. So far I have felt more energetic and productive these days for some reason so I think 4 kg is a good result Plus improvements in my energy levels. Let’s hope I manage to loose 4-5 more kg in the next few days! I will inform them of the total kg loss by the end of next week,

    Dont do this diet. It is not sustainable at all, and all that is going to happen is yo-yo effect. Change your eating habits to something you can follow long term, and exercise.

    Hey all, I’m on day 4 of this diet, and have been following it to a ‘T’. In my case I had a lot of weight to lose, am 54 years old 5’2″ and 87kilos, and have a REALLY sluggish metabolism, and nothing else seemed to be working. Simple calorie counting was not enough. I don’t believe it is the calorie counting that is the success of this diet, but rather the science. That said, this morning when I hopped on the scales (after day 3) I had lost 3 kilos! The headaches have now eased off and I am on multivitamins, so energy levels are ok. For you younger ones this may not be as beneficial. For you I would highly recommend NOT doing this diet as it is extreme. I would highly recommend a well balanced diet, eg. large salads for lunch and dinner with a small amount of protein and a small amount of carbs of your choice, and a light breakfast. PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STARVE YOURSELVES! You will find if you start with such extreme diets now it will become harder every time you start one as you get older. I will post an update at the end. I’m pleased with 3 kilos in 3 days so far.

    Lost 18 kilograms in 15 days true this diet. I took it it two days longer. Only thing i did is lots more lemonjuice combinate with white grapefruit end lots of kiwis as in day 7 2 kiwis as lunch. Much more fat release!!

    I am not gonna lie this diet is insanley hard if your not just sitting at home doing nothing like i am because im on holidays! (but i stil feel awful.)

    rrichy_bug…yes i think it does work but you have to be fairly overweight for it to really work and lose the full 10 i think.

    Im a healthy weight but want to lose a few kilos, but am on day seven and have only lost 2 so far which im happy with but still, i dont think i will lose the full 10.

    But it is very hard…starving one minute…shoving ridiculous portion sizes down your throat the next!

      I just used light coles cheese. 250g was a LOT though so I sliced my carrots into circles and put a cube of cheese on each and popped them under the grill.. Melted cheese taste so much better! I am on day 8 and have lost 4 kg and can really notice the difference!

    Hello everyone, I just started this diet today and I’m soo excited!! But I’m having a little bit of touble with it as I’m asian and I enjoy hot and spicy foods? Will it make a really BIG difference if I add garlic and chilli to my spinach? And another issue is the beef steak thing. Are we supposed to marinade it or just stick it on the grill? Lastly, I’m too young to have coffee (according to my parents) so can I replace it with a glass of low-fat milk instead?? I need help. ASAP!!!! Thank you

Well as for the spinach i hate tomatoes so i just blended the spinach nd tomatoes nd added some garlic nd chili pwdr so it really tasted well as far the beef is concerned it doesn’t tender easily so I boiled it the cooker nd made all the soup disappeared .. nd wats ur age sweety ? 😀 for the coffe i guess they wrote “vice versa” um 17 nd sometimes I take coffe or tea I am not sure bou’ this thing .. Hope it helps !

        Thankx so much for you help!! 🙂 😀 And by the way I’m 13 years old. To be honest I really don’t know if this diet is real or fake. I have been taking green tea for the last 7 days and stuck to this diet. I’m onto day 8 of the diet and I’m only lost 3kgs! I really don’t think its worth the effort!! 🙁 I’ll continue untill day 13 and let you know the results!! (hope they’re good!)

      Please, don’t do these diets at 13 years of age!!!! You’re too young!! Just eat healthy and be active…that’s all a girl your age needs. Stay away from junky food (Mcdonald’s, etc..), have physical activities (swimming, running, ANYTHING) and you will look and feel great. Don’t torture your body at such a young age, please!!

    well day one Here I go. 88.2kgs, really hoping this diet will knock me all the way into the 70s. Bit frightened of the 400gm spinach for lunch holly thats alot of spinach. I will be posting regularly as I am a serial weigher. 13 days cant be that hard to get through if the results are amazing.

      have officially made it through day one, have not felt hungry did find the spinach at lunch a bit hard going, and the steak portion at dinner seemed alot. One day down 12 to go 🙂 Will see if there is any movement on the scales tomorrow morning, not that I should expect too much after just 1 day.

Spinach was for sure sick ! i hate raw tomato so i just chopped the spinach along tomato nd heated in the pan with absolutely no oil! nd it was much better indeeed .. lets see how well this diet is gonna work i need to loose 1 kgs 22nd is my flight :// hope it works 😀

    Well I have started day 1 on this diet, and am really hoping for a successful journey. I currently weight 88.2kg and am hoping that this 13 days will push me into the 70’s. Fingers crossed along with all the determination I can muster. I was just preparing for the day 1 lunch and stopped off to get the spinach. Boy oh boy 400gms of raw spinach is alot, thankfully that will reduce down when cooked, little bit daunting.     I’ve did this diet back in high school and did lose almost 10 kgs in the 13 days. I’ve also had walks, no gym workout though, since it was weakening my body. It honestly really works! 🙂 After all it is only 13 days…Now I’ve decided to do it again.
    Good luck to all of those who are also looking to lose some extra fast, without worrying about any side effects. Its said that after the 13th day one can get back to its own food menu, without having to worry for weight gain for 2-3 years. 🙂

    i’m a size 16 and i’ve started this diet 4 days ago. it’s a little tough but i’m handling it. my goal is to drop a size and already my clothes fit better and i feel great (although a little weak) i’ll keep you guys updated. i didn’t eat the ham on day 3 nor the celery cause i hate them and i’ve eatten one sugar free mint just to keep me from fainting. and i would advise you to take vitamin pills just to give you energy

    Hello everyone, I started this diet 4 days ago, I have been REALLLLY hungry, but stuck to it, today I weigh 3 kilos less! I started at 87 and today 84. I am very happy, and the fact that I am losing wiegh keeps me from reaching for cookies or bread! I seriously am tired of being fat and not aving clothes to fit like I want them to.     This is truly an answered prayer! I’m currently under medication for hypothyroid which makes it really hard for me to loose weight. I’ve tried all possible diet and exercise but I always end up loosing a kilo or two. This after 3 months of diet and exercise.

    I’m 5″1, 59 kl when I started this diet last Saturday and this morning I’m 54.8 kl. I’m very happy with the result and I will definitely complete this until 13 day.

    this is exactly what i’ve been looking for…yes i know rapid weightloss isn’t healthy but its a start and to get weight loss results, it keeps you positive to continue the weightloss journey. im not expecting 10kgs as any loss is a good loss. it would be a nice surprise for 10kg but i can settle for 5kg…today is sunday…will spend 2moro shopping for the diet, and not eat any crap food tomorrow and drink water. then come tuesday shall be prepared and START it. im not telling myself its a diet as that triggers the cravings as your telling your body you cant have it so you want it more. so im telling myself i can have a treat in moderation after 13days. i will let you know HONESTLY how it works out. you all should be happy if you get any weightloss its better than the extra couple kilos you were before the diet. all i can say is that the diet consists of more food than what i eat now in a day. i am 24yo female 161cm tall an weigh 66kg. my BMI classifies me as overweight in the higher scale. ive had 2 kids also which could be a factor. im a size 12/14 in pants. stay positive and tell yourself you CAN do it…positivity goes along way. will get back to you on the 19th day 14 so then the diet has been completed fully.

    I started this diet and it is good.. I am 5’1 and was 67 kg. Today is my Day6 and I lost 5 kg.     So far so good…On the morning of day 8 I have recorded 5kg. Starting at 73kg now 68kg. I’m 170cm tall and don’t usually drink coffee or eat red meat. Following the food plan. On the first three days I had Day 1: 1 low carb beer, Day 2 Pint of Cider, Day 3, 2 glasses of champagne and day five 2 glasses of red wine (that really threw me out of wack and my face bloated the next day, put on a kilo). So in hindsight make sure you don’t drink any alcohol as it will make you loose more.

    I have 5 days to go and 5 more kilos to loose so it is promising. Make sure you drink a whole lot of water as your intestines will get dehydrated and it will be harder to process. I experienced severe constipation around day 5. Had a colonic session which helped but was not overly successful as my bowels were rather dry. I started taking metagenics natural laxitives a few days ago (from health practitioners) and I’m now more regular. Have some handy in case this happens as it is a high protein nearly no carb diet.

    Also in regards to the 250g cheese it was recommended by a health practitioner to have cottage cheese as normal cheddar in such a large quanity (or most others I would imagine) clogs your bowels, which could have well been the reason for the halt in movement.

    Anyway, quickest weight I’ve lost ever! I’ll make sure that when I stop the diet not to consume any carbs for a while and ease myself back into the normal eating habits.

    I’ll provide an update on day 13, hope this helps!

    Okay guys, I’m going to do a version of this diet, starting in the morning.
    I walk for 1 hour each morning already so I’ll continue to do that.
    I am a healthy weight, but I want to lose weight, just because I do. And I bet a lot of you understand that. I’ve actually recently (in the past 2 weeks) put on about 4 kgs, and I’m really unhappy about it.
    I’m 167cm and weigh 55kgs.
    I’ll keep you posted so we can see if this works on a person of already healthy weight, and then I’ll let you know if I pack on the pounds after.

      You don’t have to replace coffee or tea you don’t have to drink it just drink water that’s all. You don’t need to go on this diet at all and I don’t think you’ll lose weight cause you are the proper weight for your length

      I have. After my 2nd child I struggled to lose weight or exercise. A friend gave me this diet and I stuck to it religiously for the first 10 days. I had a wobble but managed to finish it. It helped me lose about 12lbs, and from there I had the motivation to exercise twice a week and lose a further 10lbs, but I also reduced my carb intake. When I normalized I averaged at a loss of 15lbs. DO IT!

    I am on my 3rd day of this diet and i have already lost 3kg. my starting weight was 90.8 so im hoping to be at 80kg in the 10 days. it is hard for the first couple of days but i have found that my stomach has shrunk, so after i have stopped this diet after 13days i feel i wont eat to excess as i am feeling great already after losing 3kg. Im only doing 30-45mins of walking a day, havent been hitting the gym at all.

    Just to share with all of you based on my experience.
    To be frank, there are a few other versions of this Metabolism Diet out there. This one works, seriously. And the others, they also work. These diet plans are not like Cabbage soup diets that allow you to lose mostly water weight, but this diet is specially designed to increase your metabolism.

    I’ve tried it, and yes I lost 9kgs within the 13 days. I started at 67 and now i am 58. Keep in mind that even single bite of any food that is not stated on the diet will ruin the plan, even a little bite! Also, i know a person that has lost 6 kg on the very first week of the diet. it’s possible, all you gotta have is a Faith , Resilience, Patience , Clear mind and a Goal ( target weight) . Of course, to lose the weight is a great achievement but to maintain is another important issue. Don’t overeat or fulfill all your cravings immediately on your 14th day or even your 15th day. Give your body and your system time to adapt and adjust before adding in food that you have not eaten in 13 days. Hope my comment will help those who want to try and keep them motivated till the end. “No harm trying, the end results might satisfy you”

    Good luck to all of you out there, i am starting on this diet again; it’s my 1st day today. i will keep all of you posted again soon. 🙂
    Tip: Drinking lots and lots of water to fulfill you hunger and cravings do help. Min 2 liters of water, guys. And for those who have “failed” this diet, my advice to you is to wait another month or so, start again on the diet, strictly stick to the proposed plan and ALWAYS EAT YOUR DINNER BEFORE 6 p.m. / 1800 hrs (this works magic) .

    I am on day 7 and to date I have lost just over 5kg’s. I have been super strict – not adding salt or pepper, weighing everything and drinking my water. It has been hard but I am seeing results already. I was 101.5 when I started and no am 96.2, I am going to do all 13 days then give myself a weeks break and eat healthy and then do the diet again with the hope of loosing a bit more.
    I like this diet, it makes me feel skinny and healthy, I have been a little light headed but apart from that I am positive.

    I was really skeptical of this diet when I read it.. You need to have breakfast eg. (green tea, piece of fruit and one slice of toast) then small lunches and dinners, no snacking. If you don’t eat breaky your body will go into survival mode and save every last ounce of fat at your future meals. This diet is stupid.

      It would be so easy to follow such diet plans if somebody is just staying home all the time and just focusing on their health. Not sure if in real world its practical!!

      Here’s the practical solution for people who work full time or study full time;

      Eat salads, fruits and healthy food (I believe we all know what exactly we call healthy food so there shouldn’t be any questions about it) and drink loads of water .
      On top of that do 3km run or jog everyday (if not everyday then at least 3-4 times a week) and atleast 30 minutes workout (therefore 3km run = approx 25 minutes plus 30 minutes workout all together 55 minutes say 1 hour)

      remember you didnt put on your weight in one night so it would not disappear in one night as well…

      check your weight on the first day and then keep checking the progress every week. Im not sure how much exactly you will burn as it depends on person to person fat burn rate. But you will definitely loose loads of fat and will feel more active and ofcourse back in the shape your after.

      Loosing weight or burn fat is easy what all it takes is dedication and commitment. we usually put on weight/fat due to our unhealthy lifestyle. so basically we just need to be back on right track and do something better for ourselves for our own good.

    Hi..I tried this diet..couldnt do go more than 7 days..however I did lose abt 4.5 kg..bt kinda gain weight whn I stpd the diet.
    Anyway I wouldn’t recommend this kind of diet to anyone because crash diets just don’t work..they make u lose weight at first just to encourage u to continue with it and later u regain all the weighs bk once u stped the diet! All the weight u once lost was from water and muscles and not from fat. This is because ur body goes on starvation mode which prevents u from losin fat!

    I would recommend to you guys, go and exercise and yes u must knw wat u eat..control the amout of calorie u eat per day! It surely helps to lose weight 🙂

    I am on day 4 and have lost 4 kilos. Am well aware that this is not a diet for life, but just had to shift these 5-6 kilos. So far so good. I have snacked today, piece of cheese here, bit of ham there. This diet is extreme, temporary and it works, but you feel like you are starving youself with how sparse it is. The lengths we go to to shed a few kilos…. After this, I will just stick to a protein, low carb plan. That always worked best for me.

    Watch out! This looks like a no carb diet. You will lose weight but it will very likely come back. Also, if you do lose 10 kilos in that period of time, you may carry the marks on your body forever, as I do. Extremely sudden weight loss equals saggy skin and stretch marks, which you can never get rid of by exercise.

      Yes, any kind of fish would do, frozen or fresh.
      It is not recommended to have more than a cup of coffee, but you can drink non-sweetened tea instead of water for example.

    I think the diet is so good to change one’s attitude towards drinking and eating. I am a 45 year old male and am having glimpses of my 6 pack (I think) that I haven’t seen in a while.
    May I ask that you recommend a general heathy eating plan that I can perhaps follow.

      Considering the fact that you are vegetarian, you cannot eat any type of meat mentioned in the diet plan, so, my personal recommendation is to try soy products.

      Your approach is also good, you may eat salad and fruits, these are extraordinary sources of vitamins and fibers. Please watch out for fizzy drinks and sugar or fat intake!

      And don;t struggle too much if you will not see the results immediately, especially because you are a vegetarian, your organism will take a long time to get used with the diet.

      As much as i appreciate the fact that you take into consideration out advice on dieting, my actual advice for your particular situation would be to stop dieting for 2,3 weeks.

      Your organism needs tome to relax, needs vitamins, proteins, fibers, everything natural for higher efficiency.

      You just lost 9 kg, don;t struggle more for now, give it a time to rest, eat healthy, don’t grab the first ice cream cake you see and don’t eat fatty foods or drink fizzy drinks! Just keep it simple and healthy for the next period, afterward you can start dieting again if you really consider you need to lose more weight.

      Also, another tip would be to combine dieting with fitness.

      I need to ask, do you mean: Ciplatrim? As in the med? Because if so, i would recommend that you stop taking the pills if you are on a diet. Due to the fact that this diet is pretty harsh, it is not needed to combine it with pills.
      On the other hand, vitamins usually increase the hunger, so you can still take them but be aware 😀

      I would advise you to follow some simple rules when it comes to dieting (and these work no matter the age!):
      1. Drink lots of water,
      2. If you exercises regularly you will see how much you can benefit from combining the exercise with dieting
      3. Don’t struggle to much thinking it’s hard to get there, and don’t exaggerate with the idea “i want to lose weight quickly”

      Not, as i mentioned in an earlier comment, it is not advisable to mix coffee or tea with milk, the combination just hits your stomach in a wrong way. Pus, milk contains fat, even if you would go for low-fat milk.

      Yes, of course you may skip them, coffee is just a diuretic thing, you would have probably noticed that it helps your digestive tract work better, but you can replace it with water, a large glass or natural, sugar free orange juice.

      The yogurt portion should be around 150 grams.

      1. You are not allowed to drink coffee with milk, you will just combine things that should not be combined. Just drink simple coffee, you will observe a diuretic effect also.
      2. It is not recommended to switch the meals, because in the evening you should eat only some particular foods that will be digested better by your organism.
      3. Yes, you are allowed to eat sugar free gum, the only problem might be that you will feel hunger more often, because of the gastric acid that is being produced in larger quantities if you keep on chewing.

      If you can’t eat fish, the best thing is to replace it with chicken breast. It is the same light meat, but be careful, no fat!!! Only grilled.

      You can replace Lamb with beef or chicken, the idea was that you shouldn’t eat the same kind of meat everyday…that’s it.

      Also, apportion the quantity of fat in your food, because lamb is fatter than beef for example.

      Beef can be grilles or boiled, depends on your personal preferences.

      If you want to maintain the gained weight you have to pay attention to your former diet plan. This doesn’t mean to be strict like you were until now, but don’t burst into chocolate cakes either!
      Be moderate in terms of fat food, fast food, fizzy drinks and sweets.
      If possible, find some time and spend it out, do some exercise.
      And don;t forget to eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits, will improve and maintain a good digestion!

    I know that is a little too much cheese to eat at once, the idea is to combine aliments.
    I found that you may replace cheese with: ricotta, mascarpone or cream cheese, but please, do not mix them and reduce the quantity! So, instead of eating 250g cheese, eat 150 grams ricotta, or cream cheese. When it comes to mascarpone, go for 100 grams!

      Dear Tere, yes, indeed, in the 6th day, there is a little too much to eat :).

      The idea is that you have to eat proteins and if you can’t eat the whole “chicken half” well, eat as much as you can.

      And please be careful because this is an aggressive diet and you should stop after following it once. At least for 6 months. Meantime, eat fruits and vegetables as much as you can, and read our “summer diet” articles to find out what to do in order to stay slim and healthy!

      Well, yes you could drink black tea or even green tea. You have to know that green tea is a powerful antioxidant and it will help you digest better, but do not exaggerate with drinking too much green tea, you may have stomach problems.

    But if you follow the beauty magazines advice, well, follow this one: if you want to lose weight, start with: losing bread, no bread!!! At all. No sugar, no sweets, no carbonized drinks, no fizzy drinks!!!
    Eat as many vegetables as you can, drink 2 liters of water daily and start doing some sport! Solar, the best way for losing weight at your age is to go out and play!

I did this diet with my mum when i lived at home our results were different as i didn’t have as much to lose, I lost 4.5kg and my mum lost 7kg and the truth be told we didn’t consume the right amount of water nor did we exercise which was a big factor to why we didn’t get the exact results and also drank more coffee then suggested, I am starting this diet again on monday its been 2 years since i did this diet and since then I’ve gained 25kg!!! Extremely depressing i am now engaged to be married, myself and my partner have been living a very unhealthy lifestyle lots of take out and drinking alcohol :/ I will be recording my results on YouTube and this time will be doing it as recommended and exercising 5 days a week! Ill keep you guys updated as I’ve noticed some people on here say that but then never comment again which is frustrating, im very serious about losing weight as i want to look perfect on my wedding day which is in September. Good luck to everyone who is giving this a go, i know its hard but just stick in there, my advise is print off a photo of the body you want making sure its the same shape as your natural body type, stick it up on your wall and look at it everyday then go look in the mirror, help empower youself to do your best 🙂 once again good luck guys.

  254. What a stupid unhealthy diet! Whoever follows it is an idiot for 2 main reasons:
    1- You’re not getting enough nutrients with this diet that your body NEEDS.
    2- Your body isnt supposed to lose that much weight in such little time. It’s not about what you want, its about what your body needs, so stop being selfish and putting your body through torture. Healthy eating in healthy portions 5 to 6 times a day with plenty of water and exercise is all you need to get your body to where you want it.

    Its my last day today. Super tired. reduced only about 10 pounds. But I am happy. The diet is worth it. I did cheat on little bit. Also worked out only during the first 4 or 5 days. I suggest sticking on to the diet completely and working out really hard, you could find better results

  260. I have been on this for 5 days and lost 5 kg its very hard but very rewarding so far. Be ready to sit on toilet after eating 250g of cheese for dinner night 4 lol.

    I lost 12 kg on this diet , all my belly fat is gone . Now to tone up my body . I exercised lightly 4 times a week , I’m also a chef and am on my feet 14 hour days . I used soya sauce and chilli flakes on my steaks and chicken . Never are the tomatoes or celery . Only ate the egg whites , because I felt to puke when I ate the eggs . A smear of organic jam on my toast. No sugar in my coffee and a fibre tablet here and there , because u don’t poop as often lol .
