How to Lose 300 Kcal in 30 Minutes

We offer you an alternative to that boring fitness practice. For all those who struggle hard for losing weight and getting rid of extra fat we made a simple calculation and we found out how you can get rid of those extra kilos with 300 kcal in 30 minutes per day. Next time when you will do cardio exercises try our next practice and forget about the old monotone one.

Running (outside)

  • Warm up 5-10 minutes with easy jogging
  • Gradually increase the speed in 3 minutes
  • Make a sprint for 30 seconds
  • Repeat this cycle 6 times

Running Treadmill

  • 1 minute – increase inclination band by 1% every 15 seconds
  • 1 minute – reduce the inclination of 1% every 15 seconds
  • 3 minutes – easy going and run
  • Repeat the cycle for 30 minutes
  • A person of 70 kg will consume about 320 kcal
  • If you have good physical condition, you can increase inclination by 2% every 15 seconds and increase the speed up to 7-8 km/h
  • Start with zero inclination and a comfortable speed (walking or light running)

Elliptic Bicycle

  • 6 minutes – set the resistance level (14-15)
  • 2 minutes – increase resistance every 30 seconds with 2-3 levels
  • 2 minutes – reduce the resistance every 30 seconds with 2-3 levels
  • 6 minutes – set the resistance level and go in reverse (stepped in to back)
  • Repeat the cycle until 30 minutes
  • A person of 70 kg will burn 250-300 kcal

Stationary Bike

  • 5 minutes – at a comfortable speed and resistance
  • 5 minutes – Decrease and increase the resistance level at 4-5 with 30 seconds
  • 5 minutes – comfortable running
  • 5 minutes – Decrease and increase the resistance level at 4-5 with 30 seconds
  • 5 minutes – comfortable running
  • 5 minutes – at the current level, increase resistance to a level every minute
  • A person of 70 kg will consume about 250 kcal in 30 minutes

As you can see it is very simple and “spicy” cardio training and you will be playing with speed, inclination and resistance. Besides the fact that you won’t get bored, you will make training more efficient in terms of caloric consumption and you will improve your endurance, which will be useful both in everyday life, as well in sports activities.
