A Great Winter Diet – Lemon Based Diet

Initiated by Dr. Martine Andre, lemon diet is one of the most appreciated in the Hollywood landscape and sets the tone for all diets around the world. The lemon based diet, can help you lose like 5 kilograms in two weeks if you follow it strictly.

We know that lemon juice is very healthy, because of the large content of vitamin C, having an essential role in the detoxification treatment.
The secret lies in the overall consumption of lemonade, prepared by a special recipe as it follows: 3 tablespoons of lemon juice with 30ml water and a little cinnamon and paprika.

The Lemon Diet:

Apart from this the original drink, lemon based diet proposes a strict food program, promising to loss of 500 grams a day. Here’s the menu:
As soon as you open eyes consume a glass of lemonade;
For breakfast eat a fruit salad and 5 tomatoes, an apple, a pear, a handful of raw almonds;
A snack with a glass of lemonade and a banana.

For lunch, choose: salads or boiled green beans with lemon and olive oil;
Dinner time, eat fish grill and cooked vegetables.
Before bedtime drink another glass of lemonade.

The decision to use such a diet belongs to you, I thought I would recommend to eat varied, healthy food, without excesses and make some sport, at least 30 minutes per day.
