Here is a super diet, that will bring your organism back to life! After the “hungry” Holidays, you need to give your stomach a period to rest and to return to its original state, removing toxins through seven days of diet.
Every diet begins with this first step. This is it: in the morning, on awakening, a glass of water (at room temperature) is perfect to help purge the body.
The diet is proposed by Dr. Neal Barnard known American physician, and it is a system completely free of fat (except the positive contribution of olive oil that reduces cholesterol). The diet is calculated for
Breakfast: one cup of boiled rice, a slice of toast with jam and orange juice.
Lunch: smashed potatoes with whole rice, broccoli, a slice of melon or any other fruit.
Dinner: pasta cooked with a teaspoon of olive oil, with two boiled potatoes.
Breakfast: a slice of toast and baked apple with cinnamon.
Lunch: vegetable soup, salad of green beans and carrots with a teaspoon olive oil, a baked apple.
Dinner: Spaghetti with zucchini, soup of vegetables, two fruits (you are allowed to eat any kind of fruit, but be careful with the bananas).
Breakfast: 2 slices of toasted graham and some honey.
Lunch: boiled vegetables, 2 slices of graham bread and one apple.
Dinner: stewed vegetables with a teaspoon of olive oil and a handful of boiled rice.
Breakfast: toast bread with marmalade, a baked apple with cinnamon.
Lunch: spinach with boiled rice, pineapple juice.
Dinner: boiled broccoli with a teaspoon olive oil and spices, two baked potatoes.
During this procedure is recommended for moderate physical activity: walking outdoors, jogging trails, bike rides. “Detox” diet is good and you can help it drinking herbal plant teas..
