Long lashes are on every woman’s wish list, but with so many lengthening mascaras on the market, which products will catch your eyes? Here are 3 product reviews and hopefully they will clear the fog!
1. Clinique High Lengths Mascara
Plus: The mascara lengthens the lashes well, for a dramatic eye opening effect. The unique curved brush makes the product easy to apply and it is really great for getting in the corner of your eyes. The product covers the lashes great and after all day long, it won’t smear or smudge.
Minus: The brush take a bit of getting used and the price is quite high.
Well…In the and, the product has an A+ , it lives up to its price tag and gives eyes a dramatic long eyelash result that lasts all day.
2. Maybelline Define-A-Lash
Plus: The unique silicon brush makes the mascara so easy to apply and it coats the lashes really well. It lengthened, separated and coated the eyelashes and offered them a dramatic effect.
Minus: Actually, it behaves like waterproof mascara. It goes off very hard, with special cleansers, so, in the morning you might get the “panda eye effect”. And it was prone to smudging after a short while.
Well…Good value for money with an overall good lengthening effect. More natural though. Just make sure you let the mascara dry before fluttering your lashes.
3. MAC Pro Longlash
Plus: The mascara coats the lashes well and stays there, no smudging!
Minus: It doesn’t really lengthen the lashes and it didn’t offer them volume either. But, it is a real problem for sensible eyes, turns them red and itchy. The product is quite clumpy and failed to separate lashes.
Well…Disappointing results for a lot of money. It gives a natural look for a really high price.
