Harmful diet

Posted on 02. Apr, 2009 in Health Tips

Headaches, depression, hair loss, heavy pimples. Are only some of the negative effects of an out of control diet.

Fatigue, weakness

May be the first effects after a diet low in calories. In the absence of sufficient sources of energy, the combustion is slow and your body uses its own tissues for fuel. Depending on body weight and the effort you make, you should consume a maximum of 2400 calories daily.

Hair loss

Caused by too few calories, protein, iron, or vitamin A. The hair, skin, and nails reflect true health of the organism, and if you don’t supply them correctly, you start losing your beauty. Diet poor in all those listed above stop specialized cells forming a healthy and long life hair.

Pimples and black points

Meat and animal fat in excess, and spices, with too little fiber, lead to accumulation of toxins and irritating substances. Your skin tries to eliminate it by secretions of sweat and sebum. If you have such a problem, avoid pepper, tobacco, excess consumption of coffee and drink more tea, and eat vegetables so you can adjust the intestinal transit.

That is so true and I would say, the key to a healthy life is in simple living and simple eating. The more we get dependent on processed and fast foods, the more our health suffers.
