Missing the old jeans? How about the sexy body in that glamorous swimsuit? Well, girls, we have to struggle if we want a dream to come true. So, here is my little help: a revolutionary diet, that lasts only for 3 days, and helps you lose 1,5 kg and gives you a supple abdomen.

The key advantage is that you can follow this miracle diet right before your seaside vacation or, if you just want to achieve something for your ego, well, we advise you to follow it in the first 3 days of the month and afterwards follow a balanced diet, so, you will be able to maintain its results for a long period of time.

First day

Snack: 2 pineapple slices
Lunch: 1 salad made of: 60 grams of boiled rice, 100 g ricotta, 300 grams green beans (boiled) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Snack no.2: 1 apple
Dinner: 150 g grilled beef, 2 boiled potatoes and 100 g green salad with lemon and olive oil

Day Two

Snack: 150 g cherries
Lunch: 200 g oven backed potatoes with garlic and 50 g of low fat ham
Dinner: 300 g vegetables soup; a boiled egg and 1 watermelon slice

Day Three

Snack: 1 low fat yogurt
Lunch: 150 grams grilled chicken breast with no skin and 250 g of salad: mix some pumpkins, pepper and tomatoes with a little olive oil

Last diet Dinner :) : 8 50 g turkey ham; 2 tomatoes and 60 g graham bread

Tip: Proteins are benefic for your organism, because they off your body the power to function all day long and they don’t turn into fat.
